Time: Doors open for Team Registration at 8:30am Doors open & Concessions open for Spectators at 9:00am. Performances begin at 10am.

Team Check-in: Team check-in and music drop off will be at the rear entrance to the Main Gymnasium (A Gym) on campus. Clearly marked signs will be near the US 290 & Tiger Lane intersections directing you to the team registration point on the day of the contest. Your music will be collected at check-in. Please have it clearly marked and ready at this time. You will be shown and directed to your assigned dressing area(s), the warm-up area, restrooms and the Hospitality Suite at check-in. NOTE THAT ALL PARTICIPATING TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS MUST BE REGISTERED AT TEAM CHECK-IN (WITH MUSIC TURNED IN) NO LATER THAN 12pm ON THE DAY OF THE CONTEST.

Spectator Admission: Adults $8, Students $5, Children under 3 are free Spectators will be directed by clearly marked signs around the school as to where to park and where to enter the Main gym. Please see included map/diagram of school campus for more information.

Concessions: Available on-site all day on the day of the event. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE BROUGHT IN BY TEAMS/PARTICIPANTS/SPECTATORS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. No food or drink will be allowed inside the gymnasium or inside the dressing areas.

Prestige Mini-mall, Flowers, Balloons & Shout-outs: Flowers, balloons, and shout-outs promoting positive messages to and for your dancers and their Directors will be sold at the event. The Mini-mall, located near the concessions area, will have PrestigeDANCE t-shirts, dance wear, dance accessories, spa items, fashion jewelry, handbags and children’s items for sale throughout the day.

Masseuse: A Registered Massage Therapist will be onsite and located near the concessions area after approximately 1:30pm in order to provide 5-15 minute arm, hand and neck massages to all Spectators for $1 per minute at the Spectator’s cost.

Hospitality Suite [Directors, Judges & VIPs only]: Lunch, snacks and drinks will be made available to Directors, VIPs and Judges beginning at 10am on the day of the event. A Registered Massage Therapist will be onsite in the designated Hospitality Suite from 10am to approximately 1:30pm in order to provide 10 min arm, hand and neck massages to all Directors and Judges, compliments of Prestige Productions.

Photography & Videography: For the courtesy of the Performers & the other Spectators, no personal video cameras or flash photography will be allowed. At each contest, we provide professional photographers and videographers who capture every performance so that our Spectators may sit back and enjoy the show. Professional DVDs and photographs of each competition may be purchased in the lobby or through our website.

Performance Area Description:

	Performance Area: Gymnasium with wood floors; regulations basketball & volleyball markings.
	Audio: multiple sound sources directed 4-ways, including backfill speakers positioned in front of and pointing toward the dancers; Music turned in at registration/check-in.
	Judges Location: Top row, center of bleachers.
	Performers Entrance: Right-side front corner door [Judge’s Perspective].
	Performers Exit: Right-side back corner door [Judge’s Perspective].
	Awards ceremony will follow evening Exhibition Performance with solo winners being announced first. Solo finalists should be dressed and prepared to re-dance (if selected as winner) 30 min prior to the final Exhibition number for the day.
	Evaluation packets and music will be ready for pickup at the Emcee table immediately following awards ceremony.
